Tell us who you need to reach. We'll write the spec before we build.
Most data gets sold before anyone agrees what's in it. We work the other way — a written specification first, listing every field, filter and known gap, so you approve the shape of the file before a single record is assembled.
B2B contact data
Decision-makers by seniority, function, industry and state — the base layer everything else is filtered against.
Four disciplines, not one database with filters
Each is maintained by people who know that market. A healthcare record and a legal record are verified against different authorities, break for different reasons, and need different fields to be worth anything.
B2B contact data
The base layer. Decision-makers segmented by seniority, function, industry and geography — built for teams whose buyer is defined by a role rather than a credential or a platform.
SaaS and services companies with a defined ICP, agencies running client campaigns, event and webinar teams recruiting attendees, and recruiting firms working named account lists.

Technology users
Install-base data, for the cases where the platform a company already runs decides whether they qualify at all. Assembled from public signals, then checked — and we'll tell you which fields are inferred rather than confirmed.
Vendors whose product integrates with a named platform, implementation partners and consultancies, competitors running displacement campaigns, and managed service providers selling into a known stack.

Healthcare professionals
Clinicians and facility leadership, matched against state license files and the NPI registry. Sub-specialty and practice setting are the fields that make this usable — a cardiologist at a 480-bed hospital and one in a two-person practice are not the same prospect.
Medical device and diagnostics companies, healthcare IT and revenue cycle vendors, pharmaceutical services, CME and continuing education providers, and clinical research organizations identifying investigators.
filter practice setting · bed size · ownership
filter license status · state · metro
Legal professionals
Attorneys anchored to state bar registrations rather than firm websites, so a move is caught at the registry instead of at the bounce. Practice area and firm size predict a legal sale better than anything else on the record.
Legal technology and practice management vendors, e-discovery and litigation support, court reporting and deposition services, medical record retrieval, expert witness networks, and legal staffing firms.

Four steps, and you can stop at any of them
Nothing is owed until step four. The specification exists so that both sides know what's being delivered before anyone commits to it.
The brief
Describe the audience in whatever detail you have. Even a rough sentence works — "operations leads at mid-size manufacturers in the Midwest" is enough to start from.
Costs nothingThe specification
We return a written document: exact filters, every field included, which fields are confirmed against a source and which are inferred, and where coverage is thin.
Within one business dayThe proof
Ten complete records from the segment, unredacted, with blanks left in. Test them however you like — your own verification tool, or against accounts you already know.
Still costs nothingThe build
Only now does anything change hands. Quoted against the specification you approved, delivered as CSV or Excel, yours to keep with no expiration.
Priced per projectThings we've decided not to do
Easier to judge a data provider by what they refuse than by what they promise. Everything below is common practice in this category, and none of it is here.
Quote a headline record count
Total database size tells you nothing about whether your segment is covered, and the number is unverifiable by design. We'll give you the count for your specific cut instead, after the spec is agreed.
Hide fields in the preview
A sample with the email column masked proves nothing. Ours arrive complete, including the blanks, because the blanks are the part you actually need to see.
Publish an accuracy percentage
Nobody can verify a claimed figure at the point of sale, which is exactly why everyone publishes one. We'd rather you tested a sample and formed your own number.
Meter your sends or expire the file
Send caps and annual expirations exist to force renewals, not to protect data quality. Once a file is delivered it's yours, across as many campaigns as you want to run.
Present inferred data as confirmed
Install-base data is assembled from public signals, not reported by the companies themselves. The specification marks which fields are confirmed against a source and which are inferred.
Touch consumer or patient data
Business contact information only. No consumer records, no patient information, nothing that falls under HIPAA — which also keeps your compliance review considerably shorter.
How it arrives, and how it's structured
Practical detail, because this is usually the second thing anyone asks after sourcing.
- FormatsCSV, XLSX or TXT with labelled headers, ready to import without reshaping
- CRM readyColumn structure maps cleanly into Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo, Pipedrive and Mailchimp
- SuppressionSend us your existing file and we'll remove overlaps before delivery, so you don't pay for records you hold
- DeduplicationRun across the build and against any prior file you've had from us
- Segment splitsDelivered as separate files by territory, function or practice area if your team works that way
- TurnaroundSame business day for standard cuts; custom builds quoted with a date attached
- CorrectionsFlag records that fail after delivery and they're replaced, no argument about it
One-time build
A single file against an approved specification. Most projects start here. Priced per build rather than per seat or per credit, and the file doesn't expire.
Standing access
For teams running continuous outreach who need the segment refreshed rather than rebuilt. Updates delivered on an agreed cycle with changes flagged.
Append & enrich
You already hold the records; we fill the gaps. Missing emails, direct lines, license numbers, firmographics. Usually the cheapest way to fix a database nobody trusts any more.
Describe the audience. We'll write the spec.
A rough description is enough to begin — you don't need a formal requirement document. The specification comes back within one business day, and nothing is owed for it.

What comes back
A written specification listing the exact filters, every field in the file, which fields are confirmed against a source and which are inferred, and where coverage runs thin. Then ten complete records if you want them. Nothing is owed for either.
